Mountainbloom (gallery-wrapped canvas print)

As an avid snowboarder, I have collected trail maps from every mountain I have ever visited. After hoarding them in my collage drawer for way too long, they have been put to great use in the making of this mixed media painting.

A rustic mixed media collage print that would make the perfect gift for a snowboarder or skier. Hang it in your home to remind yourself of the peaceful beauty of gliding through the mountain snow.

I created Mountainbloom using pieces of countless trail maps from: Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe, Brighton in Salt Lake City, Grand Targhee in Wyoming, and Jackson Hole in Wyoming. I also used acrylic paint, ink, and watercolor.

You can find paper prints of Mountainbloom here:

Professionally stretched and mounted on thick gallery-style 1 1/2 inch pine stretcher bars. Sides are left white, so that the image is stretched edge to edge and nothing is cut off. UV coated so that image will not fade or yellow in the sun. Hook and wire hanging system already installed on the back, so this print comes ready to hang!
