Is your site legit?

Yes, it is. I know and understand that it can be unnerving to purchase from a non-mainstream site nowadays. I am a real person, based in Ohio, USA, who has been making professional prints of my artwork and selling them online since 2012. AKA living my dream come true and thankful for it every day, because of people like you who take interest in small businesses.

As far as payment and entering credit card information goes, you pay through PayPal, not through my site itself. You do not need a PayPal account; any major credit or debit card is accepted. Your card information never reaches me; PayPal handles the financial end, and then it's my job to get your new artwork into your hands.

What types of payment do you accept?

PayPal is the payment processor for my store, so all major credit cards can be used including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, if you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. PayPal is who processes the payments, but you do not need an account with them.

Can you describe your paper prints?

Paper prints are giclee fine art prints on heavy weight cotton rag paper, using Epson K3 Ultrachrome archival inks that will last a lifetime. A white border surrounds each print so that nothing is cut off when you frame them. All prints are dated and initialed in pencil in the front left corned, and titled, dated, and signed on the bottom on the back.

Can you describe your photography prints?

All photographs are professioinally printed at a photo lab on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper with a matte finish. They are signed and dated on the back in black ink.

Can you describe your stretched canvas prints?

Canvas prints are professionally stretched and mounted on thick 1 1/2 inch stretcher bars (just like a real canvas painting!). The stretcher bars are made of kiln-dried pine, so they will never warp over time. The luxurious canvas is both pH neutral and acid free, so it will not yellow over time. The sides are white and all staples are on the back, so this canvas is ready to hang. There is a hook and wire hanging system already installed on the back.

When will I get my item?

Paper prints and photographs are shipped by me personally within 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Canvas prints are shipped within 5 business days (they are made-to-order) from my printing company in Anaheim, California. They are shipped either USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on size, shipping time, and destination. PLEASE make sure your address is correct. I am not responsible for packages shipped to addresses incorrectly provided by the customer.

Do you accept returns?

In the rare event that a package becomes lost or damaged in the mail, I will send a replacement. Full returns are only accepted in severe cases and subject to my discression. Otherwise, all sales are final, so please think about your purchase. For further questions regarding returns, please contact me HERE.
